Daniel has been based in the Cayman Islands for over 20 years and joined GCPS in 2021. Daniel has extensive experience in Community Management as well as Luxury Client Services and as the Head of the Residential Division, he leads the team that is entrusted with the care of all Strata and HOA properties within our portfolio.

Louise brings over 18 years of experience in luxury short-term rental and hospitality management. She spent four years with The Ritz-Carlton, where she developed a strong foundation in luxury guest services and operational excellence. Louise is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences, optimizing property performance, and building lasting relationships with owners and guests through professional, personalized service.

Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, Alan brings over 20 years of experience in property and asset management, specializing in the commercial, residential, strata, and luxury short-term rental sectors. Throughout his career, he has led the growth of Grand Cayman Property Services from a small portfolio of commercial properties into one of the Cayman Islands’ most diverse property management companies.

Today, the company manages a broad commercial portfolio, 45 strata communities representing thousands of homes, a luxury short-term rental division with more than 60 independently managed villas and condominiums, and guest and amenity services supporting over 120 rental properties within the Cayman Islands’ largest luxury villa rental programme.

Alan is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service, and leading a team dedicated to protecting and enhancing the value of every property under its care.
